​Our Executive Chef Tony Fleming brings lightness and creativity to the grill in our Grade II listed restaurant. Tony pays homage to the great British and European classics, using food of exceptional provenance. His inventive style constantly ensures innovative and flavourful twists like his rib eye steak with casis shallots, snail ravioli and bordelaise sauce, and lime tart with dark chocolate sorbet.
